Spa Policies

At Westchase Medspa, our clients are our top priority. Whatever treatment you select you will receive friendly, personalized service from our professional staff. We use only the best products and the most advanced, proven techniques to ensure unsurpassed results. Our goal is to provide you with outstanding service in a relaxed, stress-free environment. Late Arrivals

We will do our best to accommodate you with an abbreviated service. As a courtesy to all of our clients, treatments cannot be delayed due to late arrival and will end at the scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed.


The time needed for the service(s) or Spa Package that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 Hours notice for individual services and 48 hours on packages of two services or more. As we are unable to schedule another client during the time reserved for you, we will deduct the treatment time from pre-purchased treatment packages, charge a $35 no-show fee to your credit card or redeem a Groupon/Livingsocial Voucher as forfeited.

Check In

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Please check in at the front desk upon arrival. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment so the next guest will not be delayed, and you will be charged for the full value of the service.

If you are scheduled for a facial, we encourage for you to come in with no makeup on. We also suggest you let us know if you are wearing contact lenses or using skin medications before doing your treatment.

Cell Phones, Pagers & Conversations

To ensure a calm, stress-free environment for all of our clients, we ask that you turn cell phones and pagers off prior to entering the spa and that you respect the rights of others to relax in a quiet environment. This is the place and the time to relax and rejuvenate.


Although Westchase Medspa loves children, most of us have children of our own; we respectfully request that you refrain from bringing children with you for your treatments. Children are not permitted in many of our treatment rooms and at this time we are not able to offer childcare services.

Health, Allergies, or Pregnancy Considerations

When visiting or calling for your appointment, please make sure to notify our staff if you have any health conditions, limitations, allergies to medications or fruits, physical ailments, medications you are currently taking, or if you are pregnant. We also encourage for you to alert your technician immediately of any discomfort during your treatment.


Gratuities (or tips) are not included in our prices, but are highly appreciated by our staff. The standard gratuity is 18% – 25% of the cost of original menu price of service provided. On parties of 4 or more, a 20% gratuity will be included.

Gift Certificates

Our gift certificates are beautifully presented and make wonderful gifts. They can be purchased at the front desk, online or by calling us and having them sent to you (or the recipient). Gift certificates are available for any service and for any amount.

This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of pressure used in a treatment or the volume of the music, please notify your technician or receptionist of any discomfort or preferences. We will do everything in our power to accommodate any special requests; our goal is to make you feel as important as you are to us.
